Collaborating with supportive teammates was a highlight of my time here. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience prior to recent changes in IT leadership.

There is a clear disconnect between upper management and the workforce, which is reflected in low executive approval ratings. Following the arrival of the new CTO, communication has significantly deteriorated. There is a strong perception of favoritism, with the new leadership bringing in external hires while existing employees face layoffs or feel forced to resign. Despite repeated strategic failures under this new direction, there has been a complete lack of leadership accountability or ownership.
