Pros

Great on the outside!..Dangerous on the inside!

Cons

Safety,Carnival atmosphere about flight testing,Upper management is all about image to the world. Back to rush rush rush. The company has an internal black list. Many have left or were forced to leave because they tried to do the right thing. High turnover for this very safety reason! Families and friends allowed to view a very dangerous aspect of the program. This is flight testing 101.

Pros

People and communities are wonderful. It is a good brand to work under. Hybrid schedule is great

Cons

Zero promotion opportunities. Go get experience, but do not expect them to promote you in any way. They will only promote people they like. Brand name is only good thing. management are silo from people who are doing the actual work. VP and directors will yell at you and embarrassed you during an executive meeting.
