When I joined the culture was fun, nice location, nice people, smart engineers and an exciting project.
Cons
How do such smart engineers continue to believe such a small rocket with limited margins of payload is EVER going to orbit? The Boeing people won't even test because big box company execs don't take risks at startups. Then again, what makes anyone think VG is a start up? It's an LLC for crying out loud. It's a holding company for Branson brand promotion like Hyperloop and Cosmic 747's that pose as first stage boosters... sadly, with lots of people on board. It's ridiculous that this company houses so many well educated engineers that apparently just take the money. There's no serious engineering going on here. I mean come on it's a big marketing PR scam.
