Pros

TSC has some of the greatest minds in the industry. Work is fun, rewarding, and there's plenty of opportunity to grow. They have great facilities and really work to retain their employees. Would 100% work there again if the opportunity became feasible again.

Cons

Business processes can be a little under-documented.

Pros

People and communities are wonderful. It is a good brand to work under. Hybrid schedule is great

Cons

Zero promotion opportunities. Go get experience, but do not expect them to promote you in any way. They will only promote people they like. Brand name is only good thing. management are silo from people who are doing the actual work. VP and directors will yell at you and embarrassed you during an executive meeting.
