Pros
None. There are so many companies now in the space business, sharing the same mission! Many with the technologies that are far more advanced than of VG, more product lines (VG has an airplane (that they call a mothership) and one ship product that is still in early stages), a business model that makes sense, a better financial position (security) and a stronger leadership team.
Cons
Employees are leaving. Morale is low. Leadership says the right things once in a while but does not walk the talk, ever. Poor communication. Executive leadership is under the impression that they are the only company sending anything to space... correction, near space. HR struggles to even hire HR professionals. No sight of Sir Richard B. Low compensation in all areas. Can't hire candidates as they tell us they can make way more in other companies, while working from home. Leadership had announced that they have opened an office in Tustin. No one from the Mojave hangar knows what will happen to them, while they are being asked to drive 3 to 5 hours to Tustin. Management says that driving 3 hours to work is a norm.
