What we do is going to be an important part of history. Being part of the new technology. A great place for aviation enthusiasts. It's a fun work environment. Virgin embraces individuality.

Cons

Location - the Mojave area leaves much to be desired however LA, the mountains, and the beaches are easy day trips.

Pros

People and communities are wonderful. It is a good brand to work under. Hybrid schedule is great

Cons

Zero promotion opportunities. Go get experience, but do not expect them to promote you in any way. They will only promote people they like. Brand name is only good thing. management are silo from people who are doing the actual work. VP and directors will yell at you and embarrassed you during an executive meeting.
