The work is very engaging and fills you with a sense of purpose. Few companies have so many interesting projects to work on. Even new employees have the opportunity to impact the company. Very family oriented.
Cons
New start-up with a great brand. Doors opened in March of 2015. If you're not used to rolling up your sleeves and thinking outside of the box, than this job is not for you. You need to be part of the change you want to see. Not so much a con, but if you're used to big aerospace where you sit and watch the clock & wait for everything to be handed to you, then you'll find this to a challenging environment.
