Pros

I will have accomplished more in 5 years than most do in a lifetime. I work with some of the smartest rocket scientist in the USA. excellent health benefits, happy hours hosted by the company every other Friday.

Cons

HR is overloaded and can't bring in the talent we need fast enough. we are needing to grow faster than we can hire so the current staff are working hard to keep up.

Pros

People and communities are wonderful. It is a good brand to work under. Hybrid schedule is great

Cons

Zero promotion opportunities. Go get experience, but do not expect them to promote you in any way. They will only promote people they like. Brand name is only good thing. management are silo from people who are doing the actual work. VP and directors will yell at you and embarrassed you during an executive meeting.
