Pros

This isn't a place if your desire is to just collect a paycheck. The team/crew here are passionate about the work they are doing and share a common goal of getting us into Space! It's a unique project and the company values their employees from what I've seen.

Cons

It is a small company so some processes and procedures are not well defined. It can be sometimes frustrating if you're used to big organizations with solid processes.

Pros

People and communities are wonderful. It is a good brand to work under. Hybrid schedule is great

Cons

Zero promotion opportunities. Go get experience, but do not expect them to promote you in any way. They will only promote people they like. Brand name is only good thing. management are silo from people who are doing the actual work. VP and directors will yell at you and embarrassed you during an executive meeting.
