Pros
Great culture that revolves around family. Engineers have excellent exposure to all the disciplines that take to design, build and test an airplane/spaceship. Most of the work is done in house, so Engineers can get involved in anything they like to learn about. The company welcomes creativity and encourages thinking outside the box. No offices or special treatment, your voice is heard when issues come up.
Cons
A bit disorganized, but the company is working on it. The schedules are too aggressive, so deadlines are missed regularly, which affects morale. Some benefits are excellent, others not so much. No tuition reimbursement. Engineers don't have a clear path to advance their careers. The location is not desirable, specially for families.
