Pros

Work from home is nice.

Cons

Management is very out of touch with the employees. The push to get things done is quite aggressive and your work life balance will not exist. Can't make up their minds and keep changing things. Some of the managers really needs to learn how to be a manager.

Pros

People and communities are wonderful. It is a good brand to work under. Hybrid schedule is great

Cons

Zero promotion opportunities. Go get experience, but do not expect them to promote you in any way. They will only promote people they like. Brand name is only good thing. management are silo from people who are doing the actual work. VP and directors will yell at you and embarrassed you during an executive meeting.
