High hourly relative to industry standards.

Cons

No money to be made in tips because of overstaffing. 12 plus hour shifts, often without breaks. Completely inept hotel management. Terrible communication. Cheap owners trying to create a luxury property on a tiny budget.

I loved working at Virgin. Learned a lot, had the support from the Operations team, and always felt like I had the encouragement to try different things. The staff make it even more special

Cons

Didn’t really have much Corporate support, but I’m sure as they continue to grow that’ll get better
