Ownership is horrible Directors have no idea what they are doing Turnover rate is so high and multiple former employees have sued them for failure to pay them

I loved working at Virgin. Learned a lot, had the support from the Operations team, and always felt like I had the encouragement to try different things. The staff make it even more special

Cons

Didn’t really have much Corporate support, but I’m sure as they continue to grow that’ll get better
