colleagues are great, and good hybrid environment

Cons

we are constantly scared, have no direction and Corporate leadership culture is to lead by intimidation, using elaborate scare tactics and never-ending threats. Instead of promoting comradery, team work and collaboration- the CEO is simply provides meaningless and baseless DIRECTIVES - then holds us accountable for decisions he makes on his own.

I loved working at Virgin. Learned a lot, had the support from the Operations team, and always felt like I had the encouragement to try different things. The staff make it even more special

Cons

Didn’t really have much Corporate support, but I’m sure as they continue to grow that’ll get better
