      Pros

      great atmosphere, great town. Great Campus. There are two you know. Lots of trees and great diversity all around the city

      Cons

      lack of parking in and around all the major buildings. there are parking garages but they can fill up quickly.

      Pros

      They care about the employees. There are multiple efforts to support everyone, it is a welcoming environment, HR is very supportive.

      Cons

      VCU is incredibly bureaucratic and poorly ran. Things move slow, very slow. More slow than normal universities should. It isn't just "oh this is academia, things move slow." It's legitimate poor management across multiple levels of leadership.
