You come into the company full of positive vibes and hearing about how they care about the customer and aren’t like big banks - this is an outright lie. You are trained to push push push loans to an unrealistic monthly standard. Even if a customer has no need for a loan you’re expected to push it on them. Back to back calls, understaffing, incredibly hard to get time off.
