      One of the most strict 'call center' environments I have ever encountered in contrast to the information we are asked to retain and process.

      It's still bound by some state government rules as an employer, but not a huge deal with the other benefits of this employer

      Depends on position. Pro was limited customer contact

      Cons

      Poor management, inconsistent directives, you are pretty much treated poorly. Never been treated so poorly in my entire 35+ years working. Do not promote from within. Work system is a nightmare. If you don't work for investments, you don't matter.
