      Pros

      Decent work enviornment, buildings are very secure; Right now it's mostly remote due to pandemic

      Cons

      Seems pretty rigid and not open to change in general. I would think that it would be difficult if you were in the higher positions to make any substative change without having to jump through a lot of hoops.

      Benefits, pay, location. Genuinely friendly people.

      Cons

      It's still bound by some state government rules as an employer, but not a huge deal with the other benefits of this employer

      Depends on position. Pro was limited customer contact

      Cons

      Poor management, inconsistent directives, you are pretty much treated poorly. Never been treated so poorly in my entire 35+ years working. Do not promote from within. Work system is a nightmare. If you don't work for investments, you don't matter.
