      Small organization with opportunities to network in the defense space; Could be worse when comparing to the much larger defense contractors in the area.

      Cons

      High turn-over due to senior leadership not promoting within the organization; lack of diversity in senior leadership that effects employee morale; divisions are siloed and operate very differently; stagnating salaries that lead to staff leaving every 2-3 years.

      Pros

      A pretty flexible work environment with leadership that is willing to work with employees to foster a healthy work life balance depending on your role.

      Cons

      Questionable hiring decisions at the leadership level. The company needs to work on streamlining processes for those in supervisory and project manager roles.
