We are really sorry to hear that you feel this way. At VT-ARC, we strive to maintain a positive work environment. This past year we implemented a Corporate Culture committee. We are working on a mentorship program. We have a great performance management system where we highlight goals and accomplishments. We have a reward and recognition program.
