      Its great! Beautiful campus, free tuition, excellent lab capabilities, friendly professors

      Cons

      Politics maybe. I haven't had any trouble but non-engineering graduate students may have trouble finding funding

      Pros

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Cons

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
