      Great school and great lab, I got paid for my research and my advisor is awesome!!!

      Cons

      The salary for GRA has not been changed for more than a decade. We deserve to be paid more!!!

      Pros

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Cons

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
