      Pros

      I work in the NCRO offices in Northern Virginia and my co-workers are really, really great. They make you feel very appreciated and everyone respects one another. I haven't really been here long enough to comment on career opportunities and since I'm only part-time I have a limited perspective but I truly love coming to work and feel very secure here.

      Pros

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Cons

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
