Pros

Lots of opportunities for advancement since there is such a high turn over of staff. Unfortunately, a promotion moves you closer to the "exit" door.

Cons

Management style is a dictatorship. If you don't agree with the management, keep it to yourself, or be in danger of getting fired. Make a mistake, and you are in danger of being fired. Corporate overhead costs are through the roof leaving most processing centers at the break even mark. Don't expect much in terms of a production bonus.

The work can be challenging and intellectually interesting, especially for people who enjoy technical, global, and client-facing environments.

Cons

Career progression could be much clearer and more structured. Promotion paths, development plans, and expectations for advancement are not always easy to understand, which creates uncertainty for employees who want to grow within the company. Salaries are also slightly below market average in some areas, and compensation should remain competitive to retain strong talent.
