Cons
Terrible work-life balance Apart from very few managers, most of the so-called "leaders" are little better than slave drivers. No matter how hard you work, your future in this company depends upon what the clients think of you. So called "leaders" in this company are utterly devoid of any charisma and leadership qualities. You will never hear a single word of praise escape their mouths which explains the extremely low morale and motivation levels. Fear and intimidation tactics are rife. My manager would not look me in the eye when giving me a promotion. A co-worker informed me that while being promoted, his manager actually told him that he did not deserve to get promoted. I experienced symptoms of depression working on certain projects in this company because of how stressful the projects were and how poorly I was treated . They do not care if you leave or stay in the company because (going by the demographics of the company) there is a long line of extremely bright people , desperate for an H1B visa , willing to work for this company for a low pay. Extremely high turn-over. Poor corporate decisions by the powers that be in France have put this company in dire straits. Join only if you desperately need employee sponsorship and do not care about having a semblance of work-life balance... otherwise avoid like the plague
