Pros

You can work flexible schedules and fit your hobbies in your agenda with some time to work around. They have a lounge with table football, nice comfy couches, organic tea, fresh orange juice, 4 flat TV screen. At every floor, coffee machine are free, fruits baskets are provided. They offer a prayer room. There is a sport club inside the company premises. People gather on lunch break to practice sports (variety of choice: indoor football, swimming pool, running, zumba, yoga) and at evening to drink beers, to go dancing, for a movie, squatch or working out. In addition, they a lot of renting services free : a library (with novels, comics...), a room filled with CD, diy tools. 2 people are in charge to refund you the concert tickets you paid (50% refunds), or to sell you very affordable tickets for amusement parks or to book for you travel (at 30% the price) or summer cabin/hotels.

Cons

Office culture is so laid back, people have no motivation to perform and tend sometimes to forget clients are kings. Promotions are based on clanic friendship and not added value recognition. Salaries are not competitive after 4 or 5 years of experience. A huge turnover forces to re-explain again and again the same thing to newbies.

Pros

Viridien is a great company to work for, with a positive and professional working environment. The company has a strong international footprint, a diverse mix of nationalities and backgrounds, and a good balance of technical depth and business ambition. Colleagues are friendly, collaborative, and highly capable, and the leadership team is generally accessible and open to discussion. The work can be challenging and intellectually interesting, especially for people who enjoy technical, global, and client-facing environments.

Cons

Career progression could be much clearer and more structured. Promotion paths, development plans, and expectations for advancement are not always easy to understand, which creates uncertainty for employees who want to grow within the company. Salaries are also slightly below market average in some areas, and compensation should remain competitive to retain strong talent. Like many global technical companies, priorities can also shift quickly, so clearer communication and consistency would help.
