Pros

15 days paid vacation from the first year. Personal days can be freely used, so you can add them into vacation. Friendly and helpful peers.

Cons

Bad management on projects. You are working on something that could be abandoned at any time. Meaningless overtime on insignificantly trivial things.

Pros

Viridien is a great company to work for, with a positive and professional working environment. The company has a strong international footprint, a diverse mix of nationalities and backgrounds, and a good balance of technical depth and business ambition. Colleagues are friendly, collaborative, and highly capable, and the leadership team is generally accessible and open to discussion. The work can be challenging and intellectually interesting, especially for people who enjoy technical, global, and client-facing environments.

Cons

Career progression could be much clearer and more structured. Promotion paths, development plans, and expectations for advancement are not always easy to understand, which creates uncertainty for employees who want to grow within the company. Salaries are also slightly below market average in some areas, and compensation should remain competitive to retain strong talent. Like many global technical companies, priorities can also shift quickly, so clearer communication and consistency would help.
