Pros

CGG is FULL of incredible talent, its impressive. The management I have encountered are excellent, very dedicated, kind, and welcoming. I have great admiration for our CEO, she is someone that I really look up to. I love this job because it draws on all my talents, it is a BD role but still very technical. My manager lets me be creative and when I need something, I can always go to him if I am facing adversity professionally or personally. Again, Dream Job.

Cons

There are no cons. I can imagine a generation or so have this "I don't want to work but enjoy life" mentality. That's great but if you want a life and career, I suggest you put in some hard work and enjoy life (more) when your career is established for you.

Colleagues are friendly, collaborative, and highly capable, and the leadership team is generally accessible and open to discussion. The work can be challenging and intellectually interesting, especially for people who enjoy technical, global, and client-facing environments.

Cons

Career progression could be much clearer and more structured. Promotion paths, development plans, and expectations for advancement are not always easy to understand, which creates uncertainty for employees who want to grow within the company.
