Good canteen, a variety of food to choose

The uk EDA is very political which discourages employees to work hard to achieve the common goal that is business success. Some of the directors both in UK and Norway are only good at talking rather than doing, they didn’t deliver but keeps talking about working smart using their buzzing words. Some of the employees who got their entire career through via playing politics and spreading rumors that are in their favor, toxic, and extremely toxic environment.

Colleagues are friendly, collaborative, and highly capable, and the leadership team is generally accessible and open to discussion. The work can be challenging and intellectually interesting, especially for people who enjoy technical, global, and client-facing environments.

Cons

Career progression could be much clearer and more structured. Promotion paths, development plans, and expectations for advancement are not always easy to understand, which creates uncertainty for employees who want to grow within the company.
