Pros
Great work environment, they pay on time, as a recruiter, you work from home 4/5 days per week and we only work 40 hours a week. When you are working at the office you have access to free fruits and coffee. You will be working as part of a team and there are a lot of opportunities to grow. The leaders are really nice and the company owner has his office there as well so you can see him working too.
Cons
The base salary compared with other companies that are looking for bilingual employees is starting to fall behind.
