This is a well established company with a nice revenue stream that has a start-up mentality. Overall the entire company is friendly with a number of events to help promote teamwork. The company is willing to spend the money to ensure that the development team has the necessary equipment / resources to excel. A change in management has caused some concern in the company, but now that things have settled, the outlook is very bright.

Cons

Currently the company is coupled tightly with another company. So the success of Virtual OfficeWare does depend on the continued growth of the underlying Medical Record System.

I really liked a few of the co workers. Ability to work from home

As others said- I spent more time watching training videos for the software we use than I received on the actual job I did. Training was a lot of "do this, click this" with no reasoning. Told to go by the outdated procedures, then was treated very cynically when I asked For help. Never enough work Given to me to keep Me busy for a full Day but was reprimanded if I left My desk. If you ask questions the department makes you feel stupid or just ignores the question
