The recruitment process at Virtuos was genuinely one of the most welcoming I've experienced. Ankitaa (Recruiter) was attentive, responsive, and made the whole process feel human, not just transactional. The people I got to interact with during the process, including Piotr and Akram, were warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. It gave me a strong sense of the studio's culture and the quality of the people working there.

Cons

Nothing significant to report on the process itself. The experience was smooth from start to finish.
