Pros
Virtuos has proven to be a great place to work! By far the best aspect is the support from upper management, they go out of their way to make sure employees are doing well both personally and professionally. They also give great visibility into the overall health of the company which is something i've come to really appreciate. The pay is in-line with industry standards or even above and comes with the advantage of being flexible in terms of working location (in some roles). But perhaps the best thing i can say is that Virtuos is a 2000+ employee company and yet manages to never really feel that way. Each employee is given plentiful opportunities to voice their opinions and expand outside of their given roles as desired. It's proven to be fantastic for my professional development as I have many opportunities to both move upwards in the company while also building up skillsets that would useful at other career opportunities as well.
Cons
While Virtuos is pretty flexible in terms of working hours, there are times when working late nights may be needed. It's never required and I wouldn't label it "Crunch" as it's never for extended periods of time, but nevertheless it does come up.
