Pros

This is a great game company in China with international vision. I learned a lot here because I had chances working on a lot of game titles. I can know what is a great game and how they become a real production from scratch. Some of them are AAA games. Awesome working experience.

Cons

Weak on original game design because of this company's market positioning definition. But they are improving on this.
