Pros
-You have a job and you are being paid -Decent current revenues
Cons
-Leadership lies routinely -High turnover at leadership level (C-level) -Owners have no heart for employees and their personal lives - expect 24 hours at beck and call - will call your home, your spouse or anyone else listed in your employment application -Owners are rude and constantly seeking limelight -New Leadership brought in due to relationships and not talent or knowledge - Will lose key revenue accounts due to lack of knowledge -Extremely poor health care and other benefits, but at very high costs -Management tells employees that their feedback is anonymous, but it really is not, management spends a lot of time identifying people that disagree with them and then retaliate by making their work environment miserable - hoping the employee will leave -Routinely lays off employees that are deemed "troublemakers" because they voice concerns and then tells them that it was due to financial considerations - all this time, hiring others. -You are at total mercy of your manager. If s/he likes you, great. If not, say goodbye. A few former managers in the past went to bat for their employees. Guess that is why they are former. -Management asks employees to fill out great reviews about themselves and the company.
