VIP competes well with the big players but has a small company feel and makes good decisions for its individual employees. Overall the company allows flexibility and creativity with its staff. The overall compensation and Benefit packages are good and management is consistent in decisions and approach centered around developing and keeping great talent.
Cons
"VIP" is not yet a common household name, on the sales side you have to continually prove to your customers why they chose "VIP" over a bigger IT player, this keeps our talent constantly striving harder than the other firms to deliver results. It can be challenging to position against the larger firms, but ultimately our repeat business rate is over 90%+ so it is a testament to the team's hard work.
