11yThis "current employee" is mistaken on a number of points in their review.
1. We deeply care about our employees: Visiting Angels' Danvers location has countless employees who have worked for our agency for 5+ years. Some even opened with us a decade ago. We have always paid our staff more than competitively and take into account their needs as much as our own. ***Visiting Angels has spent the last 1.5 years implementing full benefits packages for our employees including Health, Dental, FSA, 401K, and PTO for our full time staff aides***
2. We do call if your schedule changes BUT Visiting Angels has invested in a scheduling software that texts employees their following day's scheduling shifts. Also it is a company's policy that employees take a proactive initiative to their employment and review their schedules online regularly. Also, schedules are completed at least a week in advance.
3. It is never our goal to fire an employee...quite the opposite. We regularly invest our managements time in reducing employee turnover.
4. Sometimes the office staff does have music.
5. We are always posting on Craigslist because we are always hiring. Our location has been fortunate enough to have sustained steady success and we almost always have a need for qualified, compassionate and skilled TEAM PLAYERS.
