If I had to give a con, I’d say sometimes things/processes are a little more unorganized here (smaller team/company) than if you worked at a larger company.
They didnt pay alot and even though you may be remote, they basically guilt trip you into going into the office in Saint Louis even if you live several states away. They should have been transparent with this.
