Working for Vista Host has been a breath of fresh air. Since day one, I've been equipped and empowered to do my job to the best of my ability. The onboarding and training process has been the best in my professional career, which is reflective of the management company's commitment to excellence. Leadership is actively engaged in the sales process, opening new doors for us, removing obstacles, and making sure I have what I need to sell the property. The Regional and National support team genuinely CARES about each associate, as our success is their success. The company is sincere when they say they want to help our professional development, opportunities for career advancement, and help us get to where we want to be in our careers. As any job, you will be challenged to grow, actively sell the property and hit your numbers, but the reward is great, and the Regional and National Support Team are the first to recognize and celebrate your wins. One of my favorite aspects of my role and this property is the engagement from the Regional Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams. If you put the work in, you will be set up for success, because they WANT to see you do well! The onsite hotel discounts and brand discounts are a great benefit too.
