      Flexible hours; plenty of trainings; good support from supervisors; building rapport with students and members; great coworkers and lots of opportunities to get to know them through work functions.

      Cons

      Low compensation for the work; hired at just below 35 hours per week so I did not get benefits; not a typical 9-5 job so work-life balance could be difficult at times.

      No respect from management Put in too much work as an LSI and under appreciated Ridiculed for smallest mistakes, management doesn’t take accountability
