Old fashioned methods, culture, and pay scale - Administration Vistar Employee Review

This company has no diversity awareness on their radar for upper management. I'm sorry to say, but the only diversity this company has is in the lowest paid positions. There is no interest from management in building employees up. The pay is extremely low, and raises are meager. The employees who do stay on end up doing the work of whole teams.
