If you are a veteran selector, you get good orders; otherwise, you will have a crappy order to select and won't beat the time to finish it.
Cons
This place has a vast turnover. They keep hiring people until one sticks and fits the person they want. They dont care if your progress is slow. If you aren't good enough for them, you are heading out, and they already have a replacement for your position before you are gone.
