Toxic and unprofessional behavior is allowed and even rewarded with promotions and employee of the quarter. They allow departments to go without a manger or proper supervision. When management was informed that I was resigning due to the toxic and unprofessional behavior of an employee, they thought it was appropriate to promote that employee to my position and tell me to train them before leaving. Employees and managers constantly gossip about everyone and their private matters. You can’t even confide in management behind a closed door about legitimate concerns without the whole office finding out.
