Good for technical people to come and learn the product, but don't hang around. The job goes no where!
Cons
Too many... Ridiculous attitude of leaders, HR is a joke; has no stance or policies. Diversity exists in one department only, not in any leadership position otherwise. No career development, succession planning, inclusion, team building initiatives, leadeship training or any communication. Company culture is one of fear though unsaid, do your work, get a paycheck and shut your mouth. Tools and technologies are basic, no integration of acquisition employees. Managers have no people management skills and do not delegate as they themselves are incompetent skill wise. I doubt they will be able to find jobs in outside market. Finance is a disarray, siloed, no understanding of business... wonder if at all they do any kind of financial modeling or forecasting. This probably suits the management to have a clueless team. Work from home and remote opportunities are resevred for those in th inner cicle only. This company' strategic outlook is to NOT invest in their own infrastructure OR people.
