The health bennies are not bad.

Cons

Company is full of managers that enjoyed riding SAP's coattails for too long. Now that the company is trying to expand into SaaS, it finds that its solutions are over-priced, not even close to plug-and-play, and full of senior team members that are over-matched for market needs and unable to do the job or understand the markets they try to serve. Trouble will continue to grow, as SAP creates competing solutions that are cheaper and better. The only growth prospects are through acquisitions now. Dead man walking.
