Pros
For the first couple of years, you'll get to learn a lot of SAP ABAP concepts but that's it, its a steep decline after it
Cons
Vistex uses it's own SAP module called IP. Also work happens randomly not on project basis which gives people almost no scope to switch. Vistex has no work-life balance. You'll be forced to work for almost 12 hours a day and even on weekends for no extra pay. Vistex management treats its Indian employees as slaves and have said the same on multiple ocassions
