Pros
Met some very nice coworkers here who all seemed to have adapted to incompetent and unethical leadership.
Cons
Executive leadership team is virtually all men who adhere to a very old-school, coercive management style that keeps everyone afraid of losing their jobs. Being in HR, it wasn't uncommon for me to hear that employees' jobs were being threatened by their leaders because they didn't want to come in to the office during the height of the pandemic. In fact the head of HR herself came off very bubbly and empathetic when I was interviewing for the job only to reprimand me for getting lost on the way to work on my THIRD DAY OF THE JOB. Long story short: this is a VERY old-school company that happens to produce a lot of revenue despite a culture of toxicity and abuse of power.
