Pros

Visual Concepts at least on the engineering side is a very stable company. Having a yearly successful projects help maintain a relatively stable environment in the tumultuous sea that is game development, and it comes with some special perks like tickets to NBA games.

Cons

Post-COVID there isn't much of an office environment since many people moved to remote work. Cost of living in the Bay Area is relatively high.

Good employer with a fun workplace. Lots of events, fun place to work, in a great area.

Cons

Lack of advancement for Juniors to move into Mid level and Mid level to move into Senior positions. Plan to stay in the same role you apply to until you leave the company.
