Vita Plus is employee owned. The culture is one of cooperation, dedication and excellence.

Cons

Too much dedication sometimes kept me from going to the doctor and kept me from spending time with my family. Employees stay forever. There is little training or opportunity to advance within the organization.

Pros

For the most part the farmers a very nice and the truck drivers are very nice!

Cons

Zero training because everyone is to busy. No warnings about anything. Long term employees are NOT friendly or helpful at all if they don’t like you. They are looking for a yes person not someone to help grow a company.
