      Pros

      Growing company with decent insurance

      Cons

      Growing to fast without listening to the doers and the ones faced with lying to clients about the changes. Unrealistic work expectations and treat tenured employees like children. Lied about “comparable benefits” when acquired. Leadership sits on non stop conference calls and they retaliate if an employee brings up unrealistic goals and expectations.

      Pros

      During a hugely transitional time, Vitu has made intentional efforts to focus on employee engagement and experience. Leadership care about the culture and their employees satisfaction. Employees genuinely care about the company and are happy to be at their jobs.

      Cons

      There are still growing pains as the company expands. However, issues are addressed and truly seem to matter to leadership.

      Pros

      Benefit package is decent for health care although terrible maternity unless you live in ca.

      Cons

      Lack of work life balance, large gaps in pay among the same department, lack of transparency on expectations and no SOP. Company grew and lost a lot of the previous culture.
